Product description
The Cooperheat SideKick offers a solution for common heat treatment processes such as preheating, hydrogen bake-out, post-weld heat treatment (PWHT), and stress relieving. By operating directly from an existing welding machine power source, the SideKick provides precise temperature control to prevent materials from cracking or distorting during preheating.
The SideKick also supports hydrogen bake-out. It removes harmful hydrogen from welds to avoid fragility in high pressure environments, maintaining the integrity of critical components. Additionally, it delivers uniform heat distribution for PWHT, and its accurate and consistent heat application during stress relieving helps reduce residual stresses in welded materials, resulting in improved durability.
