The Cooperheat Heat Treatment Trolley Unit, also known as the 3-Phase Control Trolley, is engineered as a fully mobile power and temperature control solution for demanding industrial heat treatment applications. Designed to operate in combination with 4-bank channel elements, the unit enables efficient internal vessel heat treatments and the creation of temporary furnaces where precise thermal control and flexible deployment are essential.
The trolley is capable of controlling six circuits of three heating elements connected in star configuration, allowing up to eighteen 4-bank channel elements to be managed simultaneously. This configuration provides a maximum output of 238kW from a 415V supply or 218kW from a 380V supply, delivering the high power required for large-scale heat treatment operations.
Each of the six power and control channels is protected by three 60A miniature circuit breakers and regulated by Cooperheat’s proprietary Advantage 3™ temperature programmer/controller. This ensures accurate temperature control, reliable circuit protection, and consistent heat distribution across all connected elements.
For safe and secure connections, the Heat Treatment Trolley Unit is fitted with six panel-mounted three-phase, neutral, and earth sockets rated at 63A per phase. The system requires a three-phase, neutral, and earth supply of 360A per phase when fully loaded, with the incoming power safeguarded by a three-phase and neutral 400A isolator for enhanced operational safety.
