Product description
The Cooper8 is one of the most versatile and advanced heat treatment control units on the market. Featuring a 15” intuitive touchscreen housed in a rugged, portable red case, it’s designed for both ease of use and demanding site conditions.
The Cooper8 can be used as a standalone modular control unit or seamlessly connected to heat treatment modules, giving operators complete flexibility across a wide range of applications. As a six-channel programmer, it is compatible with any standard heat treatment transformer power source and includes inputs for reliable contactor control.
Beyond control, the Cooper8 delivers powerful data capabilities with Cooper8 Report Tool. It functions as a sophisticated programmer with the ability to record, download, and analyse heat treatment data, as well as generate and print detailed temperature charts for quality assurance and reporting.
With an extremely intuitive interface, the Cooper8 can be operated and monitored locally or via remote control and remote data monitoring with COOPERMASTER mobile app, ensuring maximum efficiency on site. To meet specific or bespoke heat treatment requirements, the Cooper8 can also be customised to suit your exact operational needs.

End User License Agreement (EULA)

This End User License Agreement (“Agreement”) is a legal agreement between you (either an individual or a single entity, “Licensee” or “You”) and Cooperheat Equipment LTD. (“Licensor”, “we”, or “us”) for the use of the COOPER MASTER desktop software (“Software”).
By installing, copying, or otherwise using the Software, You agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement. If You do not agree, do not install or use the Software.

License Grant
Licensor grants You a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use the Software solely for connecting to and operating the controllers provided by Licensor. This license is for use in accordance with the terms of this Agreement and does not transfer any ownership rights in the Software.

Restrictions
You may not:
- Copy, distribute, or sublicense the Software except as expressly permitted.
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Software.
- Modify, adapt, or create derivative works of the Software.
- Use the Software with non-licensed or unauthorized hardware.
- Rent, lease, or provide the Software as a service to third parties.

Ownership
The Software is licensed, not sold. All rights, title, and interest in and to the Software (including any updates, modifications, or enhancements) remain with Licensor.

Updates
Licensor may provide updates or patches to the Software. Such updates will be subject to this Agreement unless accompanied by a separate license.

Data and Connectivity
The Software is designed to connect to controllers manufactured or authorized by Licensor. By using the Software, You acknowledge:
- The Software may transmit operational data between the Software and controllers.
- Licensor is not responsible for any third-party systems or networks used in connection with the Software.

Termination
This Agreement is effective until terminated. Licensor may terminate this Agreement immediately if You fail to comply with its terms. Upon termination, You must stop using and uninstall the Software.

Limited Warranty
- The Software is provided “AS IS.”
- Licensor does not warrant that the Software will be error-free or uninterrupted.
- Your sole remedy for any defect shall be limited to repair, replacement, or refund at Licensor’s discretion.

Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Licensor shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages (including lost profits, downtime, or equipment damage) arising out of the use or inability to use the Software, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Licensor from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your misuse of the Software or violation of this Agreement.

Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Ontario, Canada, without regard to its conflict of law rules.

Entire Agreement
This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between You and Licensor regarding the Software and supersedes any prior agreements.
By installing or using the Software, You acknowledge that You have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this Agreement.
